SHEX unless used (GENCON 94 Clause 6)

Under SHEX unless used, Sundays and holidays are excepted, but time actually worked on them counts as laytime. By default LayGrounded counts the time during which hatches are open and cargo is being worked; a claim on rule set 3 may agree another measure. Rule sets 1 and 2 label this rule GENCON94-7(d), although Clause 7 of the printed form has no sub-clause (d); rule set 3 cites Clause 6.
