SHINC — Sundays and holidays included (GENCON 94 Clause 6)

On a SHINC basis, Sundays and holidays count as laytime like any other time. An exception the parties agreed for the voyage still stops laytime on SHINC terms (from rule set 2): SHINC speaks to the calendar, not to what the parties agreed. The days basis is agreed under Clause 6. Rule sets 1 and 2 label this rule GENCON94-7(b), although Clause 7 of the printed form has no sub-clause (b); rule set 3 cites Clause 6.
