GENCON 2022 — agreed exceptions rest on the rider

GENCON 2022 has no general exceptions clause: GENCON 94's Clause 7 list has no counterpart, and Clause 17 covers strikes alone. An agreed excepted period on a GENCON 2022 voyage therefore rests on the parties' own rider clause, and the engine cites it as GENCON22-RIDER rather than pointing at a printed clause that would assert a cause it knows nothing about.
