GENCON 2022 Clause 9 — Notice of Readiness

Notice of Readiness is tendered when the vessel has arrived and is ready to load or discharge. Under GENCON 2022 the notice does not start a turn time: when laytime commences is fixed by Clause 11 from the time the notice was tendered, so the time on the notice matters to the hour.
