GENCON 2022 Clause 13(b) — Demurrage, and the absence of a time bar

Demurrage falls due day by day and is payable on the owners' invoice. Once on demurrage it runs continuously, save to the extent that time is lost to the charterers by the vessel not being available, unless that was caused by the charterers. Clause 13 contains NO time bar for demurrage claims: a claim is left to the general contractual limitation period, which is why a GENCON 2022 claim in LayGrounded shows no countdown unless a bar was read from the recap or entered by hand.
