GENCON 2022 Clause 13(a) — Despatch

Despatch is payable at half the demurrage rate on all laytime saved. Where the parties agreed a despatch rate the agreed rate applies instead; LayGrounded records which rule produced the figure as the calculation's despatch basis (agreed, or the form's half rate), so a despatch amount always carries its own reason.
