GENCON 2022 Clause 12(a) — Shifting

Time used shifting between berths within the port counts as laytime, or as time on demurrage if the vessel is already on demurrage, unless the shift is for the owners' own purposes. It counts whatever the notice variant — unlike GENCON 94, where shifting counts only under WIBON. A shift made for the owners' purposes is corrected by amending the events, not by the form.
