GENCON 2022 Clause 10(b) — Weather

Laytime runs except to the extent that loading or discharging is actually delayed or prevented by weather. This is a rule of the form, not of the days basis: a GENCON 2022 fixture on SHINC terms still excepts weather that stopped the work, whereas GENCON 94 excepts weather only through a weather-working-days basis.
