GENCON 2022 Clause 10 — Laytime

Laytime is the allowance the parties agreed. Clause 10(a) restates the days basis: on SHINC terms Sundays and holidays count; on SHEX terms they are excepted unless used, and time actually worked on such a day counts as laytime.
