ASBATANKVOY Part II Clause 6 — NOR and Commencement of Laytime

Under ASBATANKVOY, laytime commences six hours after a valid NOR is tendered, or on the vessel berthing, whichever is earlier. Berthing before the six hours elapse therefore cuts the turn time short.
