AMWELSH 93 Clause 7(c) — Cargo worked in excepted time

Clause 7(c) treats cargo work done in an excepted period as used laytime. Clause 12(b) treats overtime in those periods differently depending on who ordered it, and a Statement of Facts does not say who did. LayGrounded therefore applies Clause 7(c) where the parties chose an unless-used basis (SHEX-UU): an excepted day counts when cargo was worked with the hatches open. On plain SHEX terms it does not.
