AMWELSH 93 Clause 7 — Laytime and the weather

Clause 7 counts laytime in days of 24 consecutive hours, with Sundays and holidays excepted or included as the parties chose, and makes the laytime itself subject to the weather. So time lost to weather that stopped the work is excepted on every days basis, not only on weather-working-day terms, and on SHEX terms a Sunday or holiday is excepted as well.
