AMWELSH 93 Clause 15 — Shifting between berths

Where the parties agreed more than one berth, Clause 15 puts the cost of moving between them on the charterers and lets the time run. LayGrounded treats any shift that begins after the vessel was first in a berth as this kind of shift, so it counts as laytime or demurrage.
